Bobby Pichtel

"Bobby Pichtel has been the greatest real estate agent we've ever had. He was very helpful in answering all our questions, very attentive to our needs and desires in a home, and great at communicating how the industry works. We had a wonderful experience with him and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends or family looking for a home!"

I have worked with Bobby on multiple occasions and it has always been a great experience. He is professional, punctual, patient and a good listener. Purchasing real estate can be daunting but Bobby has always been really helpful in carefully understanding your needs and sharing suggestions based on his vast experience in this field. I would definitely work with Bobby for any of my future real estate needs.

Bobby is a fantastic realtor; he helped through our first home purchase, answering our (many) questions, remaining extremely responsive, and securing us a rare seller's credit (in the height of the '21 real estate frenzy). He's a workhorse and someone we'd recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. We'll definitely use him for our next purchase!

Bobby helped my husband and I score two fantastic deals. He helped us get the highest price for our condo in our community and also helped us buy our dream home in an extremely competitive market! Bobby is diligent, patient and ensured the process was smooth the whole way through. We highly recommend him!

Bobby helped walk us through buying our first home! He was extremely knowledgeable about the home-buying process, always had lots to show us, and was able to answer all our many questions. I will absolutely keep him in mind for all future homes!

Bobby is not only a fantastic realtor (responsive, honest, and knowledgeable) but he's an absolute pleasure to work with. He was with us every step of the way in purchasing our home in Sterling, VA. We will absolutely be using him again in the future.

Working with Robert Pichtel is always a pleasure and his professionalism is top notch. He has helped me sell one house and buy another and both experiences were extremely positive. He was able to work his contacts to find me the perfect new build for my family at just the right time that I am sure I wouldn't have been able to negotiate without him. I highly recommend Bobby's real estate services.

Bobby came well recommended and I could not be more pleased. He's very professional, willing to put in the due diligence, and always looking to help based on your needs. He's sold a house and been instrumental in the search for more. Highly Recommend!

Bobby is a great, well connected, intuitive realtor. Awesome communication, organized, tons of local knowledge, and a great person to have on your side through the process of a home purchase. 10/10 without hesitation!
